| One of POSIM's best features is it's easy of use, which reduces the time that I need to find information. For example, if I can't remember who I sold a specific item to, I can easily trace all sales of that item and find it that way. Creating custom reports is really easy. And I highly recommend RWS...they are always available to support you. Even if they don't have the answer right away, they research the problem and get back to you promptly.
